Allergic to chicken eggs? Duck eggs might be the perfect alternative for you! Compared to chicken eggs, duck eggs offer a richer nutrient profile, packed with more magnesium, calcium, iron, vitamin B12, vitamin A, thiamin, and other essential vitamins per 100 grams. They’re also a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are crucial for maintaining a healthy metabolism. Duck eggs are particularly high in selenium, providing almost half of your daily recommended intake in just one egg.
Additionally, duck eggs contain all 8 essential B vitamins, as well as vitamin D, known as the "sunshine vitamin," which plays a key role in immune function and bone health. If you're looking to boost your protein intake, duck eggs are a great choice—averaging 8.97 grams of protein per egg, compared to the 6.28 grams found in a chicken egg. (Source: WebMD)
We have fresh, farm-raised duck eggs available! With egg shortages across the country, we’re proud to offer a consistent, high-quality supply. Our ducks are raised on a diet of commercial all purpose poultry pellets to ensure they get the very best nutrition. In addition to their feed, our ducks are free to roam the outdoors, foraging for bugs, grubs, and natural treats, just like ducks should. This healthy, natural lifestyle translates into eggs that are not only rich in nutrients but also full of flavor.
Due to high demand, we do have a waitlist for ducks eggs at this time. If you’d like to be added to the waitlist, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via messenger, phone call, text, or email. We’ll be happy to get you on the list and ensure you’re one of the first to receive our delicious, farm-fresh duck eggs!
We offer unwashed/unrefrigerated or washed/refrigerated; just let us know your preference.
Duck Eggs
Our farm-fresh eggs are unique in every way, offering a delightful variety of sizes, shapes, and colors—something that truly sets them apart from store-bought eggs. Unlike commercially graded eggs, our eggs aren’t sorted into strict size categories, which is part of the charm and fun of having farm-fresh eggs. You might find medium to large duck eggs, along with different hues ranging from crisp white to a grayish tone which is the 'ink' that our Cayuga cross ducks apply to their eggs during their laying process. While some of the smaller eggs may be perfectly suitable for everyday cooking and baking, others might not meet the requirements for certain recipes that call for a larger duck egg. However, the variety in size and shape adds a bit of excitement to the process, making each carton a delightful surprise. Whether you're scrambling, baking, or making your favorite dishes, you can be sure that each egg brings a fresh, natural taste straight from our farm to your kitchen.
